As the Senior Manager Finance at Chalhoub Group, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and guidance to functional leaders and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading budgeting processes, optimizing financial performance, enhancing financial controls and processes, and supporting inventory reporting improvements. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, provide key insights through financial analysis, monitor business performance metrics, and identify risks and opportunities for the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in financial management, operations analytics, budgeting, risk management, along with a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. A financial certification such as CFA, CPA or CIMA is required. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be presenting financial performance analyses to various stakeholders including Heads of Business and Internal & External Stakeholders. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Finance, Hyperion, Looker and MS Excel is also necessary for this position.
