[About the job] Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to ensure successful project bids. Oversee the handover from bidding to operations for seamless project kick-off. Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely approvals and deliverables. Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure financial tracking (revenue collection, invoicing). Monitor project performance, manage scope changes, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate procurement, logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth execution. Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and management. Track project costs, staff chargeability, and profitability, reporting to the Department Head. Document project progress, ensure knowledge transfer, and develop lessons learned.

Key Job Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
