- Lead the planning and execution of marina projects from inception through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Manage the allocation of resources and staff effectively.
- Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary.

Key Job Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Operations, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in marina or marine infrastructure and construction projects.
