[As the senior onboarding coordinator for our Dubai office, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires. You will lead the onboarding activities and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies. You will serve as a key point of contact for new employees to guide them through their initial journey within the company. Reporting directly to the HR Manager in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original. This role is a 6-months fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.

Key Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or onboarding roles
• Experience in managing end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
