Finance Manager

Our client, a short term property rental operator based in Dubai, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee their accounting and compliance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing accounting systems, preparing financial reports, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with state revenue services, and handling various administrative tasks. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be involved in reconciliations, budgeting, invoicing, year-end reporting, and property performance analysis.

Key Job Requirements:

• Chartered accountant with minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and compliance functions.

• - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• - Experience with VAT returns and compliance regulations
• - Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• - Ability to prepare financial reports and budgets
• - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
