We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial information by analyzing and documenting accounting data, preparing key financial reports, and ensuring seamless coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and process petty cash, credit card payments, and supplier reconciliations.
- Manage monthly reporting tasks, including the preparation of prepaid and depreciation journals, as well as payroll checks.
