Job Description: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, taxes, payroll, and fixed assets. Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely insights. Track and report the product costing and other MIS. Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.
