Employment: Full Time
The main responsibility of the Accounting Manager is to build a solid accounting framework, ensuring financial records are accurate, reliable, completed on time, and fully compliant.
- Oversee accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial transaction recording
- Maintain general ledger integrity, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws
- Manage daily, monthly, and yearly closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead and support the accounting team, promoting continuous improvement
- Review and approve reconciliations, ensuring proper documentation and tax filings
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls to protect financial data
- Collaborate with departments to optimize systems and align operations
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support external audits while reporting key metrics to senior management
