The role involves overseeing financial planning & analysis processes, managing budget preparation and adherence, enhancing financial processes and controls for efficiency, maintaining financial control through payments and reconciliations, ensuring tax compliance, managing client contracts and receivables, developing pricing models for services, overseeing key contracts and insurance coverage, managing cash flow on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, leading monthly book closings, providing actionable financial data for strategic planning, analyzing business performance to drive growth and profitability. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with HR and administrative teams for efficient leave management and payroll processing.
