Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Responsibilities include auditing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, calculating tax payments and returns, preparing budget forecasts, publishing financial statements, handling monthly/quarterly/annual closings, managing accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely bank payments, computing taxes, managing balance sheets/profit/loss statements, reporting on financial health/liquidity, auditing transactions/documents, ensuring compliance with regulations/policies.

Key Job Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accountant is required.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
