As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications. Additionally, you will drive AI integrations and cloud-native API implementations, optimize cloud-based infrastructure using Azure services, and ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications. Your responsibilities will also include conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 10 years of experience in full-stack development with modern web technologies. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Azure, and MySQL is essential. Proven experience implementing AI integrations in software solutions and familiarity with web scraping to ensure compliance with regulations are required. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is necessary for optimizing processes within our agile environment. Experience leading development teams in agile environments is also preferred as you will be responsible for guiding your team towards success.
