We are currently looking for a Head of Engineering to join our team as we expand from ~12 to ~20 members by the end of the year. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading our engineering teams to deliver robust and innovative products efficiently. Your responsibilities will include project delivery planning, team leadership and talent retention, defining metrics for engineering effectiveness, technical ownership of systems, driving recruitment processes for team expansion while maintaining talent standards, and managing key technology vendor relationships aligned with business goals.
