As a Construction Project Manager at Clément Homes, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, development, and execution of residential construction projects across various municipalities such as Rockland, Embrun, Cornwall, and Russell. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will review architectural plans, collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project viability, and manage the entire construction process from start to finish. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining building permits from Municipalities and sourcing quotes from suppliers to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a proven track record in managing residential construction projects effectively. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, suppliers, and Municipalities. Attention to detail and the ability to negotiate favorable pricing with suppliers are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
