Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support the Branch Manager/Project Director and Chief Estimator in bid tender preparation and project management processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications, and budgets.

As a Senior Project Manager at Kinetic Construction Ltd., your responsibilities will include developing detailed construction schedules and milestones, overseeing project progress against established timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources, managing project budgets effectively to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety standards. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate these challenges. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required for this role, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. PMP certification would be considered an asset.
