Senior Project Manager

In addition to project management duties, the Senior Project Manager will contribute to tendering efforts for projects by preparing and reviewing tender analysis, administering contracts with trades, and liaising with Estimation and Contractors for pricing purposes. They will also be responsible for managing design and construction meetings, coordinating with sub-contractors and Consultants, as well as resolving conflicts and problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
