As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessment. You will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction planning activities such as permit acquisition and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate a seamless transition from pre-construction to execution by conducting structured handover meetings with the pre-construction team.

In this role, you will review drawings for accuracy and constructability, create the Master Project Schedule, and update it regularly to track progress effectively. You will also be tasked with creating/overseeing all Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely responses and reviewing them for completeness. Collaboration is key as you meet with consultants, Owners, Trade Partners, and team members to address any questions regarding the scope of work. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities to optimize costs and schedule efficiencies without compromising quality throughout the planning, design, and execution phases.
