As a US Recruiter at Allegis Group, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions based in the United States. This role requires 0-1 years of experience in recruitment and a strong interest in the field. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to engage with candidates effectively. This is a full-time position with fixed weekends off and complimentary door-to-door transportation provided. The work schedule includes shifts from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am or 8:30 pm to 5:30 am, catering to different preferences.
