- Monitor sales performance and inquire about sales figures during shop visits.
- Provide support and guidance to shops experiencing low sales by identifying challenges and offering solutions for improvement.
- Offer advice to shop owners on sales techniques and strategies to enhance their sales performance.
? Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
