The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales related to Home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Mortgage within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). This role offers a competitive salary package of up to 3.50 lakhs per annum with additional incentives amounting to a 25-30% hike on your current salary. We are looking for male candidates with a maximum age of 35 years and a Cibil Score above 750.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients and driving sales in the housing finance sector. Your primary duties will include generating leads, managing loan sales processes efficiently, collaborating with real estate professionals for business development opportunities, and working towards meeting sales targets effectively. Candidates with documented experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or LAP for at least 6 months are preferred for this role.
