The AsstMgr-Restaurant at Marriott International is responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of restaurant operations, including Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. This role involves handling employee questions and concerns, monitoring performance, supervising shift operations, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, providing exceptional customer service, conducting human resource activities such as training initiatives, coaching employees, and more. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
• Experience in leading a team and ensuring high levels of customer service
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area OR 2-year degree with 2 years experience in the same field.
