We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing healthcare operations, preferably in a small medical center or as a hospital floor manager. They should possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and elderly care services, along with the ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors and nurses.
As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing service bookings managed through our mobile application platform. Your role will involve strategic planning, decision-making, financial management, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with staff management responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and promoting the company's services through marketing and business development initiatives.
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related medical field. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare management or operations is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is essential for success in this role.
