As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end operational strategies for the bank's digital banking products. Collaborating closely with technology, risk, compliance, and customer service teams will be essential to optimize digital banking performance while maintaining regulatory and security compliance.
To excel in this role, you must possess 15+ years of experience in banking operations with at least 5 years specifically in digital banking. Your expertise should encompass digital banking processes, compliance, risk management, operational excellence, mobile banking, payments, digital transactions, and financial technology operations. A strong grasp of Middle Eastern banking regulations and compliance frameworks is crucial. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects within a fast-paced agile environment is highly desirable.
