Job overview: The primary purpose of a Sales Executive is to drive the growth and expansion of the business. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.



Responsibilities

Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
Collaborate with sales leaders
Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Leading negotiations with clients, closing sales deals, and ensuring contracts are executed effectively.
Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the target market.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Conduct executive-level presentations and engage with C-level stakeholders.
Build and nurture strategic relationships to enhance client loyalty and retention.
Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular engagement.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline and track activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.


Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
2-3+ years of proven success in SaaS sales or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
SaaS Sales Expertise: In-depth understanding of SaaS sales principles and a proven ability to sell
sophisticated solutions.
Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to clients.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues for mutual success.
Results-Driven: Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to work in a goal-oriented and dynamic sales environment.
