Project Manager

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, a pioneer in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As we align with the economic participation policy (EPP), this role plays a crucial part in coordinating initiatives that adhere to Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) regulations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for assessing current local content initiatives, providing technical support in developing economic participation proposals for submission to LCGPA, collecting necessary data for submissions, managing end-to-end processes for EP contracts as per LCGPA regulations, handling required documentation for EP monitoring phases, leading engagements with LCGPA departments, developing progress reports for leadership teams on EP contract outcomes, and providing recommendations to management to ensure compliance with EPP and LCGPA regulations.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree (BA/BS), a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia, an understanding of LCGPA policies and regulations, proficiency in English and Arabic languages, PMP training preferably along with business management and financial literacy skills.
