Mechanical Manager

As the Mechanical Manager, you will be responsible for developing conceptual designs and drawings, assessing electrical instrument resistance, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You will monitor contractors' work progress and timelines while developing RFQs to optimize project delivery according to our company's vision and parameters. Additionally, you will lead a motivated mechanical team, set priorities, manage performance, and provide ongoing feedback to achieve functional goals effectively.

Your role will involve preparing functional budgets, overseeing financial performance versus budget targets, and conducting meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss mechanical design standards. You will also evaluate material submittals through cost modeling, analyze bids from subcontractors, and ensure that maintenance issues are addressed during the design stage to prevent delays or additional costs. By following established policies and procedures diligently, you will contribute to maintaining consistent work practices across all projects.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). With a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity, you should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in mechanical systems design, and a keen eye for detail.
