We are looking for a revenue-driven individual with a proven track record of consistent revenue achievement over the past 5 years. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and drive country-level sales strategy while demonstrating resilience in pursuing long sales cycles and competing with large competitors.

The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for proactively pitching managed services and selling a combination of our IT services offerings to clients at senior management levels. This role requires technical depth and understanding to present capabilities and differentiators effectively. Additionally, the successful candidate will be adept at account opening, account management, relationship building at Senior & CXO levels, and nurturing these relationships for long-term business growth.

We are looking for an individual with excellent business communication skills, presentation abilities, listening skills, and strong business acumen to qualify and pursue sales leads effectively. The Senior Sales Director should have experience in handling opportunities of sizes ranging from USD 3 Mill TCV and upwards. Collaboration with solution counterparts is crucial to ensure project success by delivering projects on time within budgets while achieving high customer satisfaction that drives repeat business and project extensions.
