We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales force in Saudi Arabia.

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by independently driving proactive business development and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions to potential clients. Generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach activities, networking, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless lead-to-deal transitions will also be key aspects of your role.

To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region. A background in Business Management is preferred, with additional qualifications in Computer Science considered advantageous. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, generating leads, and selling software to sectors such as BFSI, Government entities, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional presentation abilities are also required.

The successful candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia but should be willing to travel within the GCC region as needed for client interactions and business development efforts. You will have significant engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams either face-to-face or through various communication channels.
