Key Responsibilities

As the Finance Officer at Cohesion Asset Management Limited, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and submitting ADGM Prudential Reporting in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. You will oversee various accounting operations such as managing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Your duties will also involve supporting internal and external audits while staying up-to-date with ADGM and Indian market regulations.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must have experience in Fund NAV calculation as well as ADGM prudential returns filing. Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing procedures is essential. While a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. Ideally, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in financial management with a specific focus on ADGM prudential reporting. A proven track record of reviewing accounts and audits of Funds in Indian markets is crucial. Proficiency in IFRS standards, compliance regulations within ADGM and Indian markets, as well as expertise in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) are required.
