As the Financial Accountant, Senior Income Auditor at 25HOURS HOTELS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions related to room rates, complimentary rooms, house use rooms, late checkouts, banquet checks, beverage charges, foreign currency transactions, miscellaneous revenue verification, admission rates, rate discrepancy reports, and more. Your responsibilities will include verifying reports for review by senior management, updating general ledger entries accurately based on findings from various audits and checks conducted regularly.

In this role, you will meticulously examine all void/altered checks for proper authorization signatures and prepare overage/shortage reports monthly. You will also be responsible for conducting spot checks on registration cards, vacant rooms, mini bars as well as performing open check tests in each outlet weekly. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to summarize administration calls and address any observations or discrepancies promptly. Your attention to detail and ability to follow up on various financial processes will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance within the organization.
