Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting Department while upholding corporate policies and standards. Responsibilities include preparing monthly forecasts, monitoring daily reports, reconciling balance sheet accounts, assisting with budget preparation, and overseeing month-end deadlines and schedules. The ideal candidate will have an accounting designation or be enrolled in a recognized program, possess previous hotel accounting experience at a supervisory or managerial level (minimum 2 years preferred), demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit strong leadership abilities. Familiarity with financial systems such as Lanmark, Fidelio, Reporting System, Micros Pos, and Excel is also required.
