Bartender - Chinese Restaurant Bar

We are currently seeking a Bartender who will play a crucial role in offering and preparing an exceptional selection of creative beverages. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our outlet's concept and food offerings to verbally explain them to guests. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients for cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers, and wines while ensuring all beverages are fresh and served in good order. The Bartender will also assist in creating new mixed drinks for promotional activities and new menus under the guidance of the Bar Manager/Head Bartender.

The successful candidate should possess a high school qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar setting. A degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is preferred along with at least 2 years of experience working as a bartender in a luxury hotel/resort. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues are essential for this role. • 3 years experience as Bartender in a high-end bar with highest levels of service is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as bartender in a luxury hotel/resort.

• - Knowledge of Bar service procedures and standards as well as good knowledge of spirits and cigars.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
