Finance Supervisor - GL And Cash Management

As the Finance Supervisor - GL & Cash Management, you will be responsible for ensuring timely monthly account closures, reviewing trial balances, preparing GL schedules and variance analysis, managing intercompany loan balances, investments, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will oversee MIS reporting and budget uploads. You will play a crucial role in developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five-year financial plans while monitoring overhead costs and investment performance to support strategic objectives. Monitoring cash flow, forecasting financial needs, safeguarding cash assets, establishing banking relationships are also part of your responsibilities.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CMA certification preferred), along with proven experience in general ledger management and cash flow operations. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, cash management practices, internal controls is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As the leader of a team of accountants within the organization's finance department, you will need excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments for efficient workflows.
