As a Senior Operations Manager at Kitopi, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth and market analysis. You will identify new opportunities for expansion, set company goals, and ensure operational strategies align with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will lead teams by recruiting top talent, providing mentorship for high performance culture development, and conducting regular evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will also include overseeing operational and financial management aspects such as designing comprehensive business strategies, ensuring resource adequacy across outlets, managing budgets effectively, and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements. Moreover, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through diligent P&L management alongside Regional Managers.
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Arabic and English with over 5 years of operations management experience demonstrating significant improvements in sales and efficiency. Strong knowledge of Levantine food preparation is essential along with expertise in performance metrics and customer experience management. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills to develop high-performing organizational cultures while managing budgets effectively.
