As the Human Resources Representative / Clerk at Hilton Jeddah, your primary role will involve answering all incoming phone calls to the Human Resources Department and directing them to the appropriate Human Resources Official manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting all guests who visit the Human Resources Office. Your daily tasks will include answering telephone calls, taking messages for the HR Office, receiving and distributing mail, packages, and faxes, maintaining a neat work area, completing administrative checklists, and utilizing intercom/voicemail systems for announcements.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates professionalism in their interactions with both internal team members and external guests. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational abilities to keep track of incoming communications effectively. Attention to detail is crucial in this role to ensure that all messages and requests are handled promptly and accurately. Prior experience in a similar administrative support role is preferred but not required.
