We are currently seeking a dynamic STG Operations Manager to join our team and lead our Project Management and Service Operations functions in Saudi Arabia.

As the STG Operations Manager, you will act as the in-country team lead for both STG Project Management and Service Operations teams. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding Project Manager activities for advanced Service Business projects, such as Long Term Projects, Service Agreements, Standard Outages, and Modification and Upgrade projects. You will assign projects to the KSA Project Management team, manage your own projects when necessary, and ensure that the KSA Project team adheres to the Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy Methodology.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships post-sales for Advance Service Business projects. You will support the PM and sales teams with customer meetings as needed and serve as a first point of escalation within KSA for both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be technically responsible for revenue delivery within KSA, ensuring accurate forecasts and achieving targets. You will also oversee cost center recovery by ensuring that PMs and FSE hours are correctly booked against projects in a timely manner. Moreover, you will play a key role in developing the KSA PM/SO team in alignment with business needs and strategies.
