As the Manager Financial Systems at Etihad Airways, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Finance and IT during major ERP projects. You will act as a Finance SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing insights into ERP functionality, capability, and best practices. Additionally, you will manage finance requirements for data analytics and reporting, collaborating with IT and upstream data sources. Ideal candidates will have experience managing major implementation projects such as S/4 HANA and data analytics projects using tools like Tableau or PowerBI. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational performance through Lean/Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to automate processes using technologies like RPA, AI/ML to drive efficiency and productivity within the organization. You will also govern access to finance applications and sensitive information while conducting periodic reviews to ensure compliance and security. Collaborating with DTI and internal Finance teams, you will support prioritization of SAP CR enhancements for long-term ROI maximization. The ideal candidate should possess professional qualifications in accounting (CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA), SAP Finance accreditations, 7-10 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions for Finance, experience in data analytics projects for Finance, and preferably airline industry experience.

• 7-10 years of experience in delivering enterprise solutions for Finance
• Experience in delivering on data analytics project for Finance
• Airline experience preferred
• Professional Finance in accounting (CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA) preferred
• SAP Finance related technical accreditations

• Finance SAP SME; will act to provide Finance a view on ERP functionality, capability and best practice
• Manage finance requirements on data analytics and reporting, liaison with IT and upstream data sources
• Work with stakeholders to complete process reviews and provide recommendations on how to eliminate waste and improve operating performance
