Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business objectives and promote sustainable growth. You will lead the budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial laws. Identifying financial risks, developing mitigation strategies, and leading a high-performing finance team are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. A professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA is required. Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance in the UAE is essential. Experience in managing large budgets and driving cost-efficiency initiatives is also important. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are necessary for presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems and MS Excel is expected.
