As the Manager Finance at GADLANG MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, you will be responsible for creating detailed financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, and investment opportunities. You will conceptualize and prepare insightful MIS information packs for the Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders. Leading the development of dashboards and KPIs for monitoring business health at various levels within the organization will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will identify key challenges in business performance to deliver analysis that guides management decisions.
In this role, you will provide decision support through value-added profitability analysis for new product lines, campaigns, or restructuring initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations and Business Development for financial reporting and decision support will be crucial. You will also focus on process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and ensure data integrity by working closely with IT stakeholders on data warehousing initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields along with professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance operations, particularly in digital payments or payment processing industries is required.
