As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator at our resort, you will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue generation efforts of our sales and marketing team. Your responsibilities will include preparing all necessary administrative documents for the team, responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, coordinating famils and site inspections when needed, attending sales meetings regularly, managing correspondence databases effectively, assisting with direct mail campaigns and statistical collation on behalf of the state.

In addition to maintaining filing systems both manually and electronically and managing databases efficiently, you will also assist with promotional activities such as trade shows and exhibitions as advised by superiors. Contributing to the compilation of annual budgets, business plans, regular action plans, tender submissions where required will be part of your responsibilities.
