As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of F&B operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to our established concept statements. Your role will involve closely monitoring the profitability of each outlet, collaborating with the Kitchen department on daily operations and menu engineering, and addressing guest feedback promptly to maintain the highest standards of service. Additionally, you will lead in preparing annual business plans, coordinating with various departments for alignment, accountability for full P&L of F&B operations, and implementing programs to uphold Fairmont The Palm's renowned standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management along with at least 5 years of previous F&B experience in UAE-based Luxury Hotels.
