We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to join our client's team in the IT industry. As the Sales Head, you will play a crucial role in developing regional strategies, expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and fostering talent development within the organization.

As the Sales Head, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a business strategy that aligns with global objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics. You will identify emerging trends, opportunities, and industry shifts within the Middle East to drive long-term growth and enhance client value. Additionally, you will lead sales efforts, client acquisition, account management functions, and focus on increasing market share across the region by targeting high-growth opportunities.

In this strategic leadership role, you will cultivate C-level relationships with clients, position our client as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team across sales, delivery, and account management functions. Furthermore, you will own the P&L responsibilities by setting revenue targets, ensuring profitability targets are met through efficient budget management while driving operational excellence aligned with global service quality expectations.

If you have over 15 years of experience in IT services with a proven track record of scaling revenues across the KSA region; possess deep expertise in sectors such as BFSI or oil & gas; hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or IT (an MBA is preferred); have excellent relationship-building skills; demonstrate strategic thinking abilities; showcase strong financial acumen including P&L ownership - we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our Sales Head at NicheHR Global.
