Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Avenir Int'l Engineers & Consultants LLC, you will play a key role in assisting the Projects Management and Construction Department Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives set by the Vice President – Engineering & Projects Division. You will be responsible for managing Service Station projects and related projects from contract award stage to completion and final hand-over. This includes overseeing consultant supervision teams, Contractor’s execution teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with contractual terms & conditions, as well as health, safety, and environmental policies.

In this role, you will serve as a focal point for multi-projects in hand, acting as an interface between various stakeholders such as end-users, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other Engineering Projects staff. You will be tasked with monitoring project progress from award stage to issuance of completion certificate by coordinating planning, design, engineering activities while ensuring timely progress within budget constraints. Additionally, you will propose and implement innovative construction methods to optimize time and cost efficiency without compromising quality standards.
