Senior Accountant _Real estate Developer

As the Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger activities, and reconciliations. You will be tasked with preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets specifically tailored to real estate projects. Ensuring adherence to tax laws, financial policies, and industry standards will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will conduct financial analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making processes while managing cash flow, forecasting, and project cost accounting.

To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field) along with at least 3 years of accounting experience within a real estate developer company. Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Yardi are essential requirements.
