As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with UAE regulations and group accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and handling banking relationships. You will also be responsible for monitoring foreign exchange transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax laws, and supporting audits.
To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and treasury functions. Knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office are essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes we are looking for. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making will be advantageous.
