We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of retro-fit works, decommissioning IT racks, new installation of electrical circuits, and HVAC units. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, performing project estimates, managing all aspects of design, and ensuring project estimates align with budget constraints. Additionally, you will coordinate material submittals, drawings, method statements for client approval, as well as subcontractor project executions.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing project implementation schedules, communicating updates to stakeholders effectively, overseeing startup functions, testing commissioning activities, reviewing subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion. You will also create commissioning plans and system-specific templates for subcontractor testing while ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
