As the Factory Supervisor/Manager at Azizi Developments' Corporate Manufacturing Office, you will report to the Project Controller & Dep CEO Manufacturing. The ideal candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Engineering fields and have prior experience working in an Aluminium or Joinery Factory. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the development, performance, and maintenance of manufacturing production processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery solutions while maximizing performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team comprehends how the organization's profits are linked to all manufacturing production activities. Additionally, you will need to adhere to budgets and plans to maximize profitability while meeting both individual and team targets. Your role will also involve contributing to the training and development of the team while assisting your line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction aligned with organizational plans. As part of your duties, it is essential to perform all tasks in compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and any applicable Best Practice Guidelines or ISO certifications.
