As an EHSQ Manager at Confidential, your primary responsibility will be to align the Quality Management System with our strategic direction and oversee the implementation of EHSQ strategies throughout our Refinery operations. You will work closely with senior management to develop and monitor quality-related KPIs, establish external relationships with EHSQ authorities, and implement LEAN principles to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across departments.
In terms of team management, you will lead a dedicated group of professionals to achieve their job responsibilities effectively. This includes conducting interviews for new talent acquisition, fostering continuous learning and development within the team, setting clear goals for performance enhancement, and maintaining high levels of engagement and motivation. Furthermore, you will oversee administrative tasks related to timely delivery of accountabilities within your area of responsibility and manage performance processes to drive individual and collective improvements.
Ideal candidates for this position should possess at least 15 years of experience in EHSQ certifications.
