INTECH Process Automation, a leading company in the field of industrial automation, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual, preferably a Saudi national, who can lead our business development efforts effectively.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and guiding them through the proposal stage to achieve sales growth. You will develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, expand market presence, and ensure a high percentage of proposal conversions into signed contracts. Building and maintaining client relationships through networking events and one-on-one meetings will be crucial in fostering stronger connections with decision-makers and influencers.

Additionally, you will proactively secure new clients through business development initiatives while ensuring a high rate of client retention for repeat business or contract renewals. Managing a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, tracking key performance metrics, securing first right of refusal agreements with clients, conducting market research for strategic development, collaborating with OEM partners, and providing timely reporting on business development activities to senior management are also key responsibilities of this role.
