Senior Planning Analyst

The Senior Planning Analyst will play a crucial role in validating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in Oracle Fusion. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will evaluate load versus capacity, address deviations from the schedule, and incorporate last-minute order changes to ensure alignment with demand forecasts. By analyzing MRP runs and monitoring production adherence to the MPS, the Senior Planning Analyst will help maintain optimal stock levels while preventing shortages.

In addition to production planning responsibilities, the Senior Planning Analyst will be accountable for tracking delivery dates in Oracle Fusion and advising on shipment modes for non-sea freight requirements. This role requires proactive communication with Customer Service and Production Planning teams to ensure timely updates and escalate urgent requirements with Purchasing when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRP processes, Oracle systems, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to enhance MPS accuracy through integration of historical data and market trends.

• At least 5 years of experience in production planning
