Our mission is to deliver high-performance automotive chassis components, shocks/struts, and brake systems for both OE and aftermarket applications. As the Director of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a large team of engineers through the full product lifecycle—from concept development to production launch. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices in product development and quality control, and collaborating with OEM and Tier 1 customers to align engineering strategies with market demands. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing optimized engineering solutions for aftermarket products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering, along with at least 10 years of leadership experience in product engineering related to chassis, suspension (shocks/struts), and braking systems. You should possess strong knowledge of design, testing, and validation processes for automotive components as well as expertise in DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, and PPAP methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving business objectives are essential for this role.
